The feeling is that the gel works better simply because of the logistics of it Its a gel It’s thick and saturated with pure Aloe vera (well at least about 98% or so) A juice like any other liquid can run right through you and it’s expelled quickly A gel can coat a little more and bathe your bladder in Aloe because it will stick a little.
